  1. Hi,

{smile} I’ve finally done it…. the move to WordPress v.2.02 has started.  The user-friendly automatic “Import” tool in the Admin panel that Imports all your Blogger Posts and Comments in a matter of mere minutes, has removed the lingering doubt that always held me back;”what if I botch the whole thing up and lose over a year of posting?”

All that I appear to have lost, are a few comments and when time permits I will try and reintroduce the “genuine” comments and slot them in where they belong.  I still have the old copy from Blogger backed up on my Domain.. just in case!!

Here’s hoping the move will encourage all of you to participate in this blog via the Comments field.  Relevant posts are also welcome, but will be moderated prior to being published.

The new SPAM plug-in will stop all morons dead in their tracks.  So if you have something to say apart from the lame “I really like this blog” — which I will nuke instantly — do add your thoughts to this Blog.  It gets kinda lonely doing this by myself.

Bear with me, while I tidy it all up, and design a permanent header to incorporate the Marketing Defined logo — Yep! I am exercising my female perogative and changing the entire colour scheme of the Company logo to blend in with the colours of this Blog, and will apply the theme to the main Marketing Defined website, in the next few weeks.

I am back to “online” work after a long eforced break, so I could free up time by tying up a few offline business commitments and giving my son some much needed support as he battles through his medical condition.

Any tips on this move to WordPress are welcome.

    Cheers
    Roseanne
