With the recent provision of the new “tid” variable, Clickbank affiliates can FINALLY track conversions to improve affiliate marketing income, and not have to ask the merchant to add a bunch of code to their website!

Just days ago, Clickbank added the “tid” variable to their hoplinks.

Let’s say your affiliate link for a given product is:

XXXXXXX.bryxen.hop.clickbank.net

and you are sending out a “test email” to your list.. You simply add the following [or whatever you choose to name the particular advertising avenue you want to track], and when people order through that link, you can easily identify where they found the link!

/?tid=emailtest

So, using the new TID variable, the complete affiliate link for “email test” would be:

http://XXXXXXX.bryxen.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=emailtest

It’s great to finally have a quick and efficient method to track Clickbank affiliate clicks.
